PRE CONSTRUCTION ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT:

 


These services will be carried out for the new building under the following four different  stages:

(a)           Excavation -  Treatment to the bottom surface of the column pits.

(b)          Backfill      -  Treatment to the backfill soil.

(c)           Flooring     -  Treatment to the plinth filling soil of the floor.

(d)          External perimeter of the Building:- Treatment to the External wall junctions.

The Pre-construction anti-termite treatment is backed by 10 years guarantee.

 

POST CONSTRUCTION ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT:

 

The treatment will be carried out for the existing termite infested buildings.

 

The above service will be carried out as per ISI6313 of part II & III.

 

The post-construction anti-termite treatment is backed by 5 years guarantee.

 

GENERAL INSECT PEST CONTROL:

 

     A thorough disinfestations service will be carried out to control all the crawling insects and industrial pests like Cockroaches, Bugs, Ants, Silverfish, Lizards etc.

 

WOOD TREATMENT:

 

     A thorough disinfestations service will be carried out for the control of wood borers and powder, pest beetles.

 

RODENT CONTROL:

 

     These services will be carried out with food poison, prebaiting and burrow fumigation for the control of rodents. The repellents will be sprayed at the entry points.

 

WEED CONTROL

 

The weedicides will be sprayed in post monsoon and pre-monsoon to control the unnecessary growth of weds like parthinium species.

 

SNAKE CONTROL:

 

     The snake control will be carried out by repellent spray around the buildings and also fumigation of the snake mounts.

 

 

MOSQUITO CONTROL:

    

This service will be carried out under the three different stages.

     (a)  Larva control   : All  the breeding spots like stagnant water, drains, cesspools etc., will be treated thoroughly to control the breedings.

     (b)  Adult Mosquito:    These spraying operations will be carried out inside the houses to  control existing adult mosquitoes.

     (c)  Fogging              : The fogging operation will be carried out in and around the   surrounding and hiding places to stop further migration of mosquitoes.

 

GERMICIDAL TREATMENT:

 

     For the hospitals & residential areas.

 

FUMIGATION:

    

 For Export and import Commodities, (Wooden Pallets, Containers & Ship Fumigation).
